Credits allow you to access contact information and launch outreach campaigns in Eve. You only pay credits for successfully verified contact details.

Two Ways Credits Are Consumed

Method 1: Manual Contact Access

Access individual contact details directly from your prospect lists.

How It Works

1. Navigate to your prospect list

2. Click into an individual contact profile

3. Scroll right to reveal contact options

4. Choose what to access:

   • Personal email = 1 credit

   • Work email = 1 credit

   • Phone number = 1 credit

Example

• Access work email only = 1 credit

• Access work + personal email + phone = 3 credits

When to Use Manual Access

• High-value prospect research

• Targeted one-on-one outreach

• Verifying contacts before launching campaigns

• When you need specific contact methods only

Method 2: Campaign Launch (Most Common)

Credits are automatically consumed when you launch outreach campaigns.

How It Works

1. Add prospects to your campaign (e.g., 50 people)

2. Build your outreach sequence

3. Click "Launch"

4. Eve automatically sources and verifies emails for all prospects

The Critical Rule: You Only Pay for Verified Emails

Credits charged: When Eve finds and verifies an email No credits charged: When Eve cannot find an email

Example 1:

• Add 50 prospects to campaign

• Eve finds 45 verified emails

• Eve cannot find 5 emails

• Credits consumed: 45 (not 50)

• Add 200 prospects to campaign
