You can remove leads from your system by archiving lead lists or removing individual leads from campaigns.
To delete an entire list of leads:
From AI Lead Search:
Navigate to AI Lead Search
Find the lead list you want to delete
Click the three dots menu next to the list name
Select "Archive" or "Delete"
Confirm the action
The lead list and all associated leads are removed from your active view.
From ICP Companies: Lead lists created from finding leads at ICP companies are managed differently—you would remove the company itself from the ICP to remove access to those leads.
To remove specific leads that are already in campaigns:
Navigate to the Campaign containing the lead
Go to the campaign's Prospects or Leads tab
Find the specific lead you want to remove
Select the prospect, click Row Actions in the bottom right.
Select "Remove from Campaign"
Confirm removal
What Happens: The lead is removed from the campaign, and no further automated messages will be sent to them. Any messages already sent cannot be unsent.
Leads in Active Sequences:
Removing a lead stops all future messages
Messages already sent remain sent (cannot be recalled)
Remove leads immediately if you've made a targeting error
Credit Usage:
Credits spent to access email/phone numbers are not refunded when you delete leads
Be thoughtful before accessing contact information
Data Retention:
Archived lists may be retained in system for compliance/historical purposes
Deleted leads are removed from your active workspace
Best Practice: Review leads carefully before adding to campaigns to minimize the need for deletion. It's better to be selective upfront than to clean up later.
