This is normal if prospects are not accepting connection requests
Check acceptance rate: If most prospects aren't accepting connections, review connection request messaging
Review targeting: Are you targeting people likely to accept (relevant audience)?
Improve connection request: Make it more relevant and personalized
When to Contact Support: If skips occur for reasons other than unaccepted connection requests, contact support.
Sequence Errored:
Problem: Technical error stopped the sequence
Immediate Action:
Pause the campaign: Click pause button (bottom right of campaign page)
Re-launch the campaign: Click re-launch button (bottom right)
Monitor: Check if sequences resume normally
If Error Persists:
Check sending accounts: Navigate to Integrations and verify accounts are connected
Review error details: Look for specific error messages in the campaign or prospect view
Contact support: If re-launching doesn't resolve, reach out to support with:
